Bracha Binyamini (1901 - 1993) was born in Brody, Poland. Her family then moved to Vienna and she emigrated to Israel in 1921. She is known for her quality paintings based on nature and living in the land of Israel. She portrays the living and breathing streets of her beloved country in the expressionist style. She was very influenced by the work of Mordechai Levanon.
